What credits accomplish

What could you move forward this month?

Pick a goal to see what a month of work looks like — calculated from the approved action catalog, against your selected allowance of 1,250 credits.

Examples share your monthly allowance — they are not separate included packages. Action prices come from the published catalog; unpriced or unavailable actions are excluded.

Ways to work

Choose the way you want to work.

01

Buy a Realm product

Individual Realm products and packages remain available from their own platforms — courses, programs, done-for-you services. Buy what you need, when you need it. No membership required.

02

Purchase credits

Need occasional AI help without a subscription? A nonmember credit pack ($50 one-time for 1,000 credits, proposed) covers eligible work. Same action prices, no monthly commitment.

03

Subscribe for value

Membership gets you better credit value per dollar plus the coordinated experience — Sterling, specialists, connections, and saved work in one place. The more you use, the more the math favors membership.

How they relate: the same AI action costs the same credits everywhere. Membership changes the effective price per credit — not the price of the action. Existing package inclusions are recognized before any additional credits are charged. A product package does not automatically convert into portable credits, and connecting an account does not include separately priced services.

Member value

More help per dollar.

At the proposed standard rate of $50 per 1,000 credits:

MembershipMonthly creditsEquivalent at standard rate

Labeled "Equivalent at the standard credit purchase rate." Service credit is not cash and is not refundable as stored money. Subscription allowance expiration terms differ from purchased top-up terms. Comparisons apply only if the standard rate is approved and offered.

Questions

Asked often.

Can I buy a Realm product without membership? +
Yes. Individual Realm products and packages remain available from their own platforms. Membership is for better credit value and coordination — never a requirement to buy.
What does membership include? +
Sterling (chat now, voice planned), Mason, Atlas, Barnabas, and Evera. Supported external and Realm connections. Saved goals and deliverables. Coordinated specialist handoffs. A shared monthly credit allowance with full usage history. The same feature set at every tier — higher tiers buy more credits, not more features.
What is a Sterling Credit? +
The single unit for AI-assisted work across the ecosystem. Each action has a published credit price — a Sterling reply is 10, a draft review is 150, an outreach script is 250. Your messages are never charged. One denomination, consistent prices everywhere.
Why do members receive more credits per dollar? +
Membership is a commitment — monthly billing, ongoing relationship. The better rate reflects that. Nonmembers can still buy the $50 / 1,000-credit pack for occasional work at the standard rate.
Do chat and voice use credits? +
Chat: each Sterling reply uses credits per the published catalog; your messages never do. Voice: Policy undecided — voice isn't functional in LegacyRealm yet, and its credit treatment will be published before it launches.
Are all integrations available? +
No. The integration directory shows honest availability labels. Membership covers eligible connections — it does not charge for a package of promised future integrations. See the integration directory for what's live.
Can I use existing Realm purchases? +
Yes. Existing package inclusions are recognized before any additional credits are charged. A product package does not automatically convert into portable credits, and you are never charged twice for what you already own.
What happens when credits run out? +
Chargeable work pauses with a clear explanation — it never continues silently. Top up, wait for renewal, or upgrade your allowance. Reading, reviewing, and downloading completed work always keeps working.
Do unused credits roll over? +
Proposed — pending approval. Subscription credits: capped rollover for one additional billing cycle. Purchased credits: existing non-expiring commitments are preserved. Introductory credits expire on the disclosed deadline.
What happens to purchased credits after cancellation? +
Purchased credits follow their own terms — existing non-expiring commitments are honored regardless of subscription status. Subscription allowance ends with the billing cycle, subject to the approved rollover policy.
What happens to my saved work? +
It stays yours. Completed work remains viewable and downloadable after cancellation, subject to clearly stated retention terms. You lose the live workspace — new generations and coordination — but nothing you've built disappears.
Is Ascend included? +
No. Ascend's done-for-you service retains its existing terms and customer commitments, clearly separate from membership. Membership coordinates with eligible Realm products; it does not absorb separately priced human services.
Is this membership for one person or a team? +
Personal membership is for one person. Teams need organization pricing, which defines seat capacity, shared credits, roles, and spending controls separately. A personal membership does not cover unlimited team members.
